Works for me  
We got this toaster oven a year ago so far really happy with it. As other reviewers mentioned it does not toast 4 slices of bread. 3 max.
And there are other things it cant do like roast a chicken or make brownies. This is a simple well made toaster- it does what it is advertised to do very well
(though you do have to be on top of it and keep an eye on your toast). The best part is it takes up no space. So for us who live in a studio with a kitchenette it has turned out to be the perfect toaster. The little trays it comes with are great for melting cheese making hot sandwiches and i even roast red peppers in it sometimes. Toaster Oven  
I had the smaller brother to this model for years until I accidentally burned it up. This model is bigger than the 5W but just as good. It gives you lots of room to toast the big items with ease. The hardest part for me it relearning the timer settings. I highly recommend this toaster over any other conventional toaster. You will love it.... : 2010-09-15 04:11:21

Replacement  
This order was a replacement for an item purchased in Japan forty years ago. I was very happy to be able to find one so much like the old one. I am enjoying it very much. This one is an inch or too bigger but much the same. Anyone with a small kitchen will like the size. The timer is great and of course prevents burning the food when you get tied up on the phone. Great product!  
GOOD: Saves counter space. Toasts quickly and evenly. Non-traditional heating elements. Large rubber feet.
NEUTRAL: Three heating elements (top middle bottom). Only the bottom rack is removable (at least as far as I have been able to determine). EACH RACK is only large enough to hold two English muffins (possibly two bagels) but will not hold two pieces of bread (unless they are pretty small).
